Thank you for taking the time to check out our site. Shoot and Move was founded in 2012 in Tallahassee, FL. I created this company to primarily teach law enforcement and armed citizens to get off the X and learn to move while deploying a firearm.

Our philosophy is simple:

Shoot to Move, Move to Live.

Our company is made up of instructors with various backgrounds. While most of the instructors currently serve in law enforcement, we do have a few civilians who teach for us  as well. We feel this allows for our team to train and instruct a variety of students.

Shoot and Move has a primary base of operations in the Southeast, but we travel across the country to conduct training. If you are interested in us conducting a course in your area, feel free to contact us for further details.

We hope to see you on the range soon!
